    • For us to process any return or refund, customers are required to submit a clear, continuous unboxing video as proof of the product’s condition upon arrival.

    • This unboxing video should:

      • Begin before the package is opened, showing the package in its original, sealed condition.

      • Capture the entire unboxing process, including the opening of the package, and clearly display any visible damage on the product or its packaging.

      • Be unedited and continuous, with no cuts or interruptions, to ensure a fair assessment of the product’s state on arrival.

  • Submission Timeframe:

    • All requests for returns or refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Any requests submitted after this period may not qualify for returns or refunds, as timely reporting is essential for verification.

    • This 7-day timeframe helps us to ensure that we’re able to assist you efficiently and verify the claim promptly.

Non-Returnable Items

To protect the integrity and safety of our products, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

  • Supplements: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on dietary supplements.

  • Mushroom Tinctures and Blends: As these are consumable products, they cannot be returned once shipped, regardless of whether they have been opened or not.

    • In the email body, briefly describe the issue with the product, including any noticeable damages and the date it was received.

  4. Verification and Approval:

    • Once we receive your email, our customer support team will review the submitted video and photos to verify eligibility.

    • We may reach out to you if additional details or clarification are needed during this verification process.

  5. Resolution:

    • If the return or refund is approved, you will receive further instructions. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within a standard timeframe (generally within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time).

    • In the case of an exchange or replacement, we will arrange to send a new item to you at no additional cost.
